Henrietta Bauer-Gately: I think BAC is wonderful. I love the quality and variety of classes. I've never been to a gym like BAC. Within 2 weeks of working out at the BAC, my chronic back pain began dissipating.

Yoga strengthens and restores the mind and body after the hard cardio and core work. The instructors are all wonderful.
