
Tracey, Personal Trainer & Fitness Instructor
Tracey has a Bachelors of Science Degree in Dietetics and is certified as a personal trainer by the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM).
Tracey teaches Ball Strengthening, Spinning, and the Step-by-Step Weight Loss Class.
Tracey has been working as a personal trainer since 1996 and a fitness instructor since 1995. Her areas of expertise include nutrition for weight loss, weight management, and sports. She specializes in balance and core conditioning using a fitness ball, aqua aerobics, sports conditioning, Walk Reebok technique, distance and interval training, strength training, indoor cycling, and older adult fitness.
Tracey's personal training experience has included working with individuals to achieve weight loss, increase muscle strength/tone, decrease body fat, improve cardiovascular fitness, improve overall health, improve quality of life and balance, and recover from injury for all ages from ten to ninety.
Little know facts about Tracey: She just joined the BAC International Black Belt Academy and hopes to someday be a black belt in karate. She has completed three sprint triathlons and likes to exercise to fight the aging process. She was a weakling as a child and adolescent, however, she mastered climbing the P.E. rope when she was 26 years-old and can still climb it!
