BAC Training Tip - Shoulder Stretch
Benefits: Improves flexibility in shoulders. Prevents poor posture. Instructions: Sit facing desk. Place hands on desk. Lean forward bending at waist and pushing chair back. Slowly stretch into level of resistence, not pain. Hold: 15 seconds. Repeat: 3-5 times. Helpful Hints: Avoid bouncing. Breathe throughout exercise. |
