Alison, Fitness Instructor

Alison has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Education, and is a Certified Johnny G Spin® instructor. She has been teaching Spin for 3 years, and taught Step Aerobics for five years in the 1990's.

Alison's main hobby is Triathalon.

She has lived in Berthoud for six months, and in Colorado for the past four years.

Little known fact about Alison: "I've been active my whole life, but once I hit 35 – exercise became fun and now I'm in the best shape of my life."
