Massage at BAC

We have a wonderful new Massage Therapist!  Her Name is Jamie Schiess.  She was born and raised in northern Wisconsin.  She graduated from the University of Wisconsin – LaCrosse in 2004 with a Bachelors degree in Athletic Training.  Upon graduating, she moved to Florida and attended the Florida School of Massage. , where she received advanced training in sports massage.  She fell in love with massage therapy while in Florida and has been practicing therapeutic massage since 2005.  Jamie has worked in a variety of clinical settings and her primary focus has been pain management and neuromuscular trigger point therapy.  She strongly believes in the importance of individualizing each session to best meet the client’s goals and expectations.  She also has experience working with clients of all ages and with a wide range of medical conditions.  In her free time, Jamie enjoys spending time outdoors hiking, camping, traveling, playing a variety of sports and spending time with her boyfriend, Matt, and their three dogs.
