Rope Skipping at BAC |
Learn from the best! We are pleased to welcome a WORLD CHAMPION instructor to BAC - Bailey Bircher. Bailey has been Jump Roping for over 12 years and placed 3rd at the World Championship in Belgium in 2002.
Rope Skipping is fun, challenging, and provides a great cardio workout for kids. This class promotes strength, flexibility, coordination, teamwork, and the latest jump rope tricks — including double dutch, single rope, chinese wheel and more!
Join the Rope Runners!
BAC's Rope Runners team is in training now. If you are interested in performing jump rope tricks with a team and competing in events, join in a class and talk with the instructors.

Interested in excelling at your sport? Take your game to a new level with BAC's Sports Conditioning Classes. Led by expert staff including Caroline Creager, P.T. and Tracey Olson, BS, ACSM.
- Learn proper strength and athleticism training techniques.
- Increase total body functional strength.
- Increase joint flexibility, and the ability to generate greater force through a full range of motion.
- Increase balance and core stability
- Increase ability to generate power through proper biomechanics.

Sports Conditioning can help an athlete raise their game! The focus is on combining strength with athleticism to improve speed, balance, core strength, power, vertical jump, flexibility and overall strength. BAC's Sports Conditioning program can help any athlete achieve better results on the field, court or track. If you and your friends would like a personalized program designed by one of our professionals, we will schedule your sports conditioning sessions at your convenience throughout the year. Minimum five people for personalized sessions.

When following the strict guidelines by BAC instructors, middle and high school students can perform: Bench Press, Leg Press, Shoulder Press, Sit-ups, Bicep Curls, Tricep Press, Squats, Low Row Machine, Pull-downs, and more.

Physical Education for Home-Schoolers! |
We can design a physcial fitness class or program for your children so that they can meet the Presidential Physical Fitness Standards. For parents of homeschoolers, BAC can enhance your curriculum with a fitness class that is up-to-date, age-appropriate, and most of all, FUN! OUr Fitness for Homeschoolers program is tailored to the needs of your child, and fitness is taught in the context of cooperative efforts. Our students learn that fitness is a lifestyle. Tumbling for Tots |

What could be more fun for an active 3-5 year old than rolling on mats, jumping on trampolines, hopping, skipping, and standing on their heads? And the kids don't even realize they're exercising! Our Tumbling for Tots class helps little ones improve balance, coordination, core strength and gross motor skills through guided activity. It's never too early to make fitness fun! |

Birthday Parties! |

| A unique and exciting birthday celebration includes monkeying around on the climbing wall, swinging from the rope, and basically getting crazy in the padded-floor workout room! Your child and his/her friends will have fun in a safe environment! $50 per hour.

Creative Kids Gym Club |
A special time is provided for busy parents to fit a workout into their day. From 9:00 - 10:30 a.m., Monday through Friday, Creative Kids Childcare is available at Berthoud Athletic Club.
Our attentive, caring child care provides introduce a special project or theme each day, including circle time, crafts, play-doh, and event visits from some special furry friends.
