Getting Started at BAC
Thinking of joining an athletic club? BAC caters to beginners:
Whether exercise is completely new for you, or if you are a seasoned athlete, BAC takes pride in welcoming you to the Club! We have many classes for beginners, and our experienced staff, instructors and personal trainers will help you become familiar with the club and the equipment. And you may make a few new friends, too. BAC can help you get started, set your fitness goals, and find fun ways to meet those goals through motivating fitness challenges, fun group fitness, exercise information and media resources.

- Join in a class! Several of our classes are designed for beginners. Our instructors will give you the tips you need to work at your pace and at your level.
- Make new friends! The friendly atmosphere at BAC makes it a great place to meet people in your community.
- Participate in a Fitness Challenge: a great way to stay motivated! Seasonal fitness challenges are just a part of the Fitness Resources available to our members.
- Get personal attention – work with a Personal Trainer to achieve your fitness goals.
The whole family can participate in fun activities at Berthoud Athletic Club, with new kids classes starting each season, and special events and workshops for men and women!
