    Ball Strength Training - (Strength and Balance, All Fitness Levels)
    This class focuses on getting stronger from head to toe, with emphasis on the core muscles, abdominals, and back. Using only the stability ball and your own body weight, you can greatly improve muscle tone, posture, balance and coordination. Lots of fun challenging for all fitness levels! Instructor: Stephanie 

    Balletone – Balletone is a fusion-style conditioning program designed specifically for the non-dancer, blending training techniques drawn from dance, Pilates and fitness. Balletone offers a fun, invigorating workout to develop core strength, muscle endurance, dynamic balance and flexibility without the use of equipment or props. Referred to as “fitness for the millennium”, Balletone keeps you moving, motivated and mentally focused with a body blasting workout that leaves no muscle untouched. Instructor: Angie 

    Integrated Boxing -This program teaches the fundamentals of boxing in a progressive, interactive, and non-threatening environment – for both male and female. This a non-contact class. Mental Conditioning Benefits: Mental Clarity, Self-Confidence, Inner Strength, Self-Respect, and Personal Awareness. Physical Conditioning Benefits: Endurance, Flexibility, Speed/Reflexes, Cardio-vascular Hand-eye, feet, and full-body coordination , Abdominals, upper body, and leg strength. Instructor: Scott 

    Cardio Circuit -A quick-paced 45 minute class that works in a circuit, rotating every 30 seconds between weight lifting and aerobic exercise. Class starts on an aerobic machine to warm up your body and raise your heart rate. Once your heart rate is elevated, which burns fat, you will begin the circuit with a weight bearing exercises. After doing 8-12 reps, you will then rotate to aerobic for 30 seconds to re-elevate your heart rate. There are usually 6-7 weight lifting sets which targets different body parts in the circuit. The circuit is completed twice. All this is done under the direction of an instructor. The many benefits of mixing weights and aerobics include firming and strengthening muscles which can increase metabolism and increasing the heart rate which burns calories and fat. Lose weight and tone muscles in only a short 45 minutes. Instructor: Monique

    Circuit Spin - Circuit Spin is a high intensity, fat burning workout that mobilizes stored fat by combining aerobics and strength training to maximize workout time. Instructor: Tracey

    Indoor Cycling - (Endurance and Aerobic Exercise, All Fitness Levels)
    A great cardiovascular workout! This class is perfect for all fitness levels, including the novice cyclist. Guided challenges emphasize paying attention to individual exertion, intensity, and resistance. The instructor will take you through a variety of terrain-up hill, down hill, around corners, etc. With great music and BAC friends, you’re sure to have fun! Bring a water bottle and a small sweat towel. (We recommend a heart rate monitor if you have one.) Instructors: Tracey, Monique, Angie

    Karate -Our martial arts program is family oriented with an emphasis on promoting self-defense, self-esteem and self-control. Adult classes are also offered. Instructors: Professor Castro, Mrs. Torrez

    Mad Muscle Mix – An hour of strength training using hand weights, body bars, Bosu and stability ball for toning and muscle conditioning.

    Spin-n-Pilates -Spin-n-Pilates incorporates cardio and strengthening in one workout. Spin is an excellent way to improve aerobic fitness and burn fat with low impact. Pilates is a challenging whole-body workout that uses stretching & lengthening movements that draw muscles into longer,leaner shapes. Instructor: Monique

    Silver Stretching -This class is composed of yoga routines that are gentle yet challenging and can be done with or without a chair. Suitable for anyone that is challenged by age, injury, or inactivity. Appropriate for both the beginning and seasoned practitioner. Instructor: Henrietta

    Spin-n-Yoga -30 minutes of Spin followed by 30 minutes fo Yoga. Spin will concentrate on all levels of cardio. Yoga focuses on on strength, stretching and relaxation. This is a Total Body Workout! Instructor: Angie

    Swimsuit Conditioning- Swimsuit Conditioning is an all-around conditioning program that includes strength, cardio, balance, and flexibility training. An ideal plan to get you ready for the beach! Instructor: Angela

    Tai Chi – Tai Chi is an exercise consisting of slow and graceful movements which promote health, relaxation, and flexibility. People of all ages can benefit from it. The gentle movements of Tai Chi reduce tension, improve circulation and balance, and increase strength and flexibility. Over time, these internal arts reach deep inside the body to benefit the entire physiology and restore the calmness and peace of mind often lost through the excessive desires and anxieties of daily life.     Total Body Conditioning- Total Body Conditioning is a body sculpting class consisting of exercises that strengthen  and tone the upper and lower body muscle groups. Equipment includes free weights, Bosu, resistance bands, stability ball and step. Instructor: Randi

    Total Hip Hop Total Knee Bend -Strength and Balance is composed of strength training and balance routines that are gentle yet challenging and can be done with or without a chair. Suitable for anyone who is challenged by age, injury or inactivity. Instructor: Randi

    Yoga -(Flexibility and Relaxation, All Fitness Levels)Feeling tired, sore, or stressed out? This class will make you healthier in body, mind, and spirit. Instructors will guide muscle strengthening, lengthening, and stretching movements; a great balance to weight lifting. You will practice Hatha and Kundalini Yoga postures, breathing exercises, and basic meditation. Instructors: Henrietta, Pamela, Angie, Janet

    Viniyoga - Viniyoga is an approach that tailors a given practice to an individual or group based on intention, needs or goals.  With the breath supporting, deepening and initiating each movement, the poses are approached with repetition and stay as a means to prepare the body, reveal patterns and compensate for holding within the practice.  The integration of breath with movement encourages self-reflection and a deepening of awareness.  Special attention is given to sequencing making classes safe, approachable and beneficial to people with varying degrees of experience and conditions.  The benefits of Viniyoga make it possible to move beyond limiting patterns of movement, mind and energy into a more integrated and functional way of being.  Instructor:  Henrietta

    Zumba -Zumba fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic workout system that will blow you away. The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you’ve got ZUMBA! Instructor: Marta
